very few content ..and no dolby audio so not recommending now.
They have to get the rights from WB or HBO. Netflix lacks that.

It's not even comparable to Netflix. Because the Amazon Prime subscription gives free delivery on shopping option as well. 499 is less than even a month of what Netflix charges for subscription.
