that's a complicated process. Replacement is better than such manual job.
Not always....i bought micromax cavas A117 from snapdeal and the unit that i received had touchscreen problems.

I was lucky because the same day i received that defective mobile, moto g 1 was launched.

So there was no reason for me to replace that microsh*t instead of getting moto g.

So they easily accepted the return and allowed you to purchase another brand?
It took me 4 days and 2 visits to micromax service centre to obtain the doa letter.
After that snapdeal called me to either replace or return the product. They were keen to make me replace but i told them there is no way i will replace. I want my money returned.

After one week my money was transferred in my account and now I'm or i should rather say my father is a happy moto g user
