Over a year after getting trolled on social media over photographs with Amrita Rai, Congress general secretary Digvijaya Singh has finally tied the knot with the TV anchor.

An announcement in this regard was made on Facebook by Rai. She wrote in a Facebook post, "I would like to share with my friends that I and Digvijaya Singh have married in a solemn ceremony, as per the Hindu rites. We have also later registered our marriage."
