Good that now TS has 7 Malayalam Channels...i guess they might add 4 - 5 channels more wrt to Malayalam channels...then they might shift the focus on regions...

Minimum 2 more channels (Mathrubhumi News/Manorama News and Mazhavil Manorama) are needed to have a base to attract new customers in Kerala.

The popular channels missing when compared with other DTHs are :

1) Kairali TV
2) Shalom TV (Religious)
3) DD Malayalam
4) Jayhind TV
5) Mazhavil Manorama
6) We TV
7) Manorama News
8) India Vision News
9) Mathrubhumi News

Guys dont worry...from whats happening i believe that TS wants Kerala and Malayalam subscribers...so at this point of time i believe they are going to add MAlayalam channels...I am hoping that they are going to add 4 - 5 malayalam channels in the next 2 weeks...

But ts need to improve their sd stb into recording function. As sun dth and dish tv giving this facility so its important to give recording function on sd stb because every one cant afford HD+ connection. News is that ts also working for this but it take atleast 1 year.

SUNIEL correct ts hd box is the technicolor MediaPlay DSI715 which is capable of recording with external hard disk but it is not activated as yet by ts
i think airtel hd plus box is also the same box
