Update Anna University would conduct exams on different dates for flood affected regions

Anna University has suspended all exams and classes till November 28 due to heavy rain in Chennai and other parts of Tamil Nadu, registrar Dr S Gansesan said on Sunday evening.

He said the rescheduled semester exam time table would be announced later.

Schools in Chennai, Kancheepuram, Tiruvallur, Vellore, Cuddalore, Tiruvannamalai, Ariyalur, Villupuram, Nagapattinam and Tiruvarur districts will remain closed on Monday (November 23) due to heavy rain. Collectors of these districts declared the holiday.

Educational institutions in Puducherry and Karaikal will also remain closed on Monday.
