Looks like they have weekly maintenance activity. They would be experimenting something and hence would be doing so many Maintenance activity .

Yes, bcoz no one does such maintenance activity . Only Tata Sky is doing it . One such guess can be they would be building their infrastructure for GSAT 10 TPs but it seems to be too early for that.
No one except a few tightlipped TS technicians knows the reason of frequent so called "routine" maintenance.
