None of the DTH have added MM HD yet, is there any specific reason? MM HD is available in various Cable Network

MM needs to initiate the talk with the dths to be carried onto the platform.

Reason is cable don't have to worry about space, they just have to tune their antenna and they start getting the channel. But in DTH every channel has to sign an agreement with the operator even if it's paid or FTA.
