Though Delhi has complicated admin & political structure, the rights of elected govt are known. It looks like Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung is acting as NDA / BJP agent. Atleast now things are becoming clear......

Governor is there since UPA regime. So why would he act on the tune of BJP.

From some recent announcement and decisions of AK, it seems that he is behaving like a kid to get his toy ( here it means statehood of delhi) so that he can play, twist, tweak and beat it when he is bored of it.

I think rules are already cleared, LG having some rights and CM owns some.

CM of Delhi is basically Mayor of big cities and LG is like CM. So everything is divided equally since Jung obviously wants to become hero infront of Modi and NDA Govt. tats a reason taking matters seriously otherwise was behaving as puppet when Kejriwal - Congress Govt. was formed.

If AAP experiment in Delhi succeeds then it will become difficult for political parties like Cong & BJP to answer & convince people.....So these parties & industrialists have interests in scuttling the AAP experiment...
