The Statement made by the Goa CM is in some way truth. What he has said is when people stay in the hot sun they turn dark (tan). Well now its summer season and we all know how hot it is. Nurses can agitate, no issues, but the CM just pointed out the reality.
And the second part he said it in a jokingly manner, here in my state there is a saying in Konkani. The media just want to make some headlines.

Waah and if such statement makes by Kejriwal then what would be your reaction ? It is absolutely ridiculous statement and must condemned one and you're protecting him ? In that case you must be agree with Sharad Yadav's statement too which he made in RS last month.
There is a difference in what CM said and what Sharad Yadav said:
CM spoke what will happen if one stands in sun for long, and that too in summer.
Sharad Yadav made disgusting statements against woman form south, by speaking abt their color, and figure.

Bro, in my state, there is a bond between the elected representatives and the people, the nurses also know that the CM made the statements just to make them aware of the situation, and also abt their future. Yes casual way, the people sitting on strike also know it

So CM of a particular state can make such statements even like Joke in that case Kejriwal also said "kamina" in one of the sting tat would also be bearable. Because Delhi is also smaller like Goa.
Delhi is a UT, and saying slang words/bad words in any language is not correct. As I said the media doesn't know Konkani ??? The local channels didn't make any issue as they know what CM meant to say. Also these national media only want coverage. It was not a joke, it was a scientific comment. My elders always tell me not to venture into hot sun as I may be come dark, so will u put that on media. NO.

But what more he said have you heard that he said if nurses will be out in hot sun they will become dark and will not get bridegroom to marry so tell me was it fair to say all that and if a Congress CM would have said that then what would be your opinion just because a BJP CM has said that and you are defending him this is not fair
