i think first they will empty/convert 11050 in to DVBS2 , because its have total 19 channels( 14 video/tv channels).

Exactly dont know .This bcoz Now a days DVB Dream is not supporting the TS TPs to be scanned like earlier used to. DD is givng almost exact changes if the TPs scanned and locked the channels . other SW r not good as DD . I cant get the exact updates from TS TP now.
