How much does the signal strength and quality matters it shows me 48 and 55 but I have no loss in quality would it affect in rainy season? Also when n dish was applied it was showing 70% in his device which is used for testing signals

You might face issues during rainy season. Ideally when they come for installation you should insist for max signal quality.
Signal quality shown on STB will differ from STB to STB
