Iam not sure this happens only to me or everyone. AXN HD doesn't show in HD menu list. everytine I have to key in 145 to watch this channel. I tried factory reset no use

It might be a software glitch so just email the CC that you cant find the channel in the list and would rectify it Before that,did you try power cycle? switch off and on it after 10 mins.
