For that, need someone of my friend with bbm. Most of my friends are in Android and they are not yet in BBM. Most of them are in What's app.

Around 24 hours... But you can try one alternative.
If in android, force stop the BBM application from application manager.
Clear all cache. Restart phone then.
Then try again as this will go for fresh try in the bbm server and if the server is free on that time, you might hit luck.
