let us wait for the stable version and it seems bbm for android is in beta stage.

Nope its not beta but they have put hell lot of restrictions.

1. Only previously registered people are able to use BBM now. Other are in wait list till they confirm. So, register and sign up for a blackberry ID today.

2. Tablets and lower model showing incompatibility issue.

3. Some higher end models too getting random error.

You would have been put into queue. They are allowing it now 1st to previously registered members. So, you too must be in queue

Queue was there in the 1 st step. But I got through it at 1st attempt as they kept slot for pre registered users. So I was not in queue.

Downloaded,installed and its up running...
But need to add friends in the list as list is empty now..
