BCCC issues notice to Zindagi on ‘pro-Pak’ serial

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd’s (ZEEL) Hindi entertainment channel Zindagi has been issued a notice by the Broadcast Content Complaints Council (BCCC) for airing pro-Pakistan content in a serial. The broadcast redressal authority has sent the notice for inflammatory content in the serial ‘Waqt Ne Kiya Kya Haseen Sitam’. As per reports, the BCCC headed by Justice Mukul Mudgal has summoned the channel’s executives for a hearing on 22 May. According to a Times of India report, a Zee official has denied receiving the notice so far.

I tend to disagree on channel ban. if a channel shows some Pro - Pak then we are seeking for ban. how about some fellas are waving Pakistani flag, then are we going to shoot them on the spot?

Through serials lets try to understand cultural barriers, we have adopted cultures miles apart or rather continents, lets adapt some which are been practised some kilometers. Lets draw a line between politics and cultures

I think people not having guts to say against those peoples who land in India and talks hatreds, Zindagi might face trouble because of that serials contents and if its anti national then they should receives a ban for days and month.

Many foreign media used to run their propaganda just like Al Jazeera divided even whole J&K and give it to Pakistan in their graphical map and they received 5 days ban after 1 year of that incident.
