The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is likely to convene a Special General Meeting to sack their former chief, which will directly affect his current position as ICC chairman, sources have told CNN-IBN.

In order to reach a decision on ousting Srinivasan, an SGM needs to be called and BCCI president Jagmohan Dalmiya, along with secretary Anurag Thakur, is exploring that option. However, they are yet to decide on a date as of now as the members need to be given three weeks of notice period.
