Best TV company in India

I have used Sony Smart TV and I stopped using its smart TV feature due to many limitations. And at anytime Android TV is better and have future.

Sony didn't have a good OS. That's why they got Android.
Anyway, I am OK with features on Web OS of LG. Because I am not going to use smart features much. It will be basically for Tata Sky STB channels watching.

I am confused about smart TVs now. Are they really worth it or something like android TV box or Chromecast would be better? I don't plan to use internet on it, till broadband internet is really widely available and is affordable and fast.
So I am thinking of a 'non-smart' TV.

if you own a smart tv then no need to purchase chromecast or any external boxes. So buy a FUll HD tv and then in future if you want purchase any streaming boxes.

It's kind of dilemma to decide between non-smart and smart TVs. Smart TVs not only have smart features, they also carry better video processor.
I am kind of on hold right now and waiting for right moment. Samsung and LG are yet to launch their 2016 lineups in India.
