But one worst thing is that they didn't inform it's customer about channel addition through screen message unlike other DTH. Neither they send SMS for additions.

Yes, that's true. They don't inform their customers about channel addition with screen message. They send screen messages only about due date.

And in such cases only a bunch of enthu people like us are aware about addition . Other world keep enjoying their selected old channels set in their favorite.

With this addition all my favotire 80 channels removed …have to set it again its irritating!!

Before this some of the favorites used to be removed but this time all got removed ....
