MUMBAI: Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd (RBNL) on
Sunday said it will launch the English feed of BIG RTL
Thrill, its joint venture channel with RTL Group , on
June 12 to reach 17 million households across the
country.
Currently, the channel showcases content dubbed in
Hindi across Delhi , Mumbai and Kolkata as well as
major Hindi speaking markets like Uttar Pradesh,
Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Rajashthan and Haryana.
"We want to emulate the same success, which we
have achieved in Hindi-speaking markets. With the
dual feed, new shows and phase II of digitisation
being implemented, we are confident that the channel
will find an enhanced relevant male audience base,"
RBNL Business Head (Regional TV) Sunil Kumaran
told PTI.
