such people r told by chs to do this, all things r scripted. bigg boss is a flop so ch is doing this

But I don't think personality like him will create such havoc and then later be blamed by channel for all this . Article even mentioned that he was overpowered by creative team and thrown out of the house. So, i am sure this would not been into the script .
