HELP Black screen on HD channels

In my HD2222 stb when I start the sd channels are working fine.. when I change to any HD channel it's showing black screen without any messages then change any sd channel it's also showing black screen? please anyone know solution ?? Help

I have same problem in Tata Sky few days back. Their cc asked me to power recycle the box and it was solved. You too try the same and check.
