Still no sign Of Gsat 10,10 Months passed, Looks like some fail sat,if any thing will not happens in 1 month or 2 then, we can say its a Big Big failure of isro & our money. :(

Its fail and simple logic behind this failure that ts is moving on mpeg4, if ts have full confidence that they can manage new tp within 2 months they why they make decision to move on mpeg4 which is more costly and also taking 6 months. So gsat 10 is 100% failed .

okay,no problem if its fail but isro or government should accept & open this,Nither they r accepting nor they r providing tps or changing space policy. Rather then sleeping & eating our money in scams they have no work. Now last hope is Gsat 14 if 10 is failed then they should launch it on 83e according to contract otherwise isro should ready to face a legal case & should ready for pay huge money in form of "maan hani " to ts.

Some technical changes found while Blind scan in few TPs. Compare them in below Snaps from BS . specially found changes in "SNR" . I dont know about those but i think Shubham or any other Experts can explain >

SNR is >
Short for signal-to-noise ratio, the ratio of the amplitude of a desired analog or noise in a transmission channel at a specific point in time. SNR is typically expressed logarithmically in decibels (dB).

SNR measures the quality of a transmission channel or an audio signal over a network channel. The greater the ratio, the easier it is to identify and subsequently isolate and eliminate the source of noise. A SNR of zero indicates that the desired signal is virtually indistinguishable from the unwanted noise.

One Of Expert in World is not Available Here

Btw: if the SNR(signal to noise ratio) is high then the signal becomes stronger & its capable to transmit higher data rates, if there is low snr then signal will be not stronger & data rates willbe lower.

11010 have most higher snr that means(in old scan report), that means we have observed that in rains, channel 100 & channels of tp 11010 works even in heavy rain fall, so that is good & that its higher on other tps too. as i think.11470 will be next DVBS2 8PSK so they changed its value may be.

correct me if i am wrong.

Well i think 11470 will not be converted to DVBS2 . I think some old MPEG4 STBs might not be compatible for DVBS2.only HD TP will be in DVBS2. Even if all MPEG4 STBs r compatible there is no need to be in DVBS2 as i think.

Sir airtel and tata sky started providing mpeg4 stb from same year so might be their tech. Is same

May be but i dont think the need of DVBS2 TP for SD Channels. how much extra space they get in DVBS2 than DVBS?
