That 550cr claim by Kochi may be overturned by the High court and supreme court.It will be interesting though if BCCI just allows Kochi back into IPL and then some biggie like Adani or Jindal buys it.Jindals talks of buying RCB has hit a roadblock as Mallya wants to keep RCB and is negotiating with Diageo where by he exits USL and gets to keep RCB.
BCCI already encashed the bank guarantee of Nimbus so i believe that the 362cr was adjusted there and BCCI may have to pay the 9cr.
