Just Search VU Customer Care Worst in Google Search ,
I agree there are negative comments on every brand but service must be good ..
I have also read in some forums regarding this ...
Actually , my dad doesn't like entertainment related stuff , he feels purchasing TV is a waste of money ...
Actually I am selling my old TV and getting new , so if the TV gets into troubles .. then it would be difficult to get repaired as I am staying outside my hometown ... If the service isn't good ..
I read they keep customers waiting for weeks ..
Hope you understand my concern ...

I bought lg tv which had paperboard failure in a month so brand is not important but the quality and it's output

Every brand has problems , but when it comes to new brands , we feel the problem more serious ...
We never see reviews if we buy Sony , LG Or Samsung TVs but for small brands , we check all the reviews ... Bcos we are doubt full abt the performance in long run

Yes , I would really buy it without hesitation if It was for me ,
But when it comes to home viewing , I need to think about it .. at least it should work for 5 -6 yrs ...
