I am using BSNL for years now but yes they really need to work on building the infrastructure. Most time you get poor signals..

I find all governments at fault, right from air india to railways to bsnl everything has been ignored and not run properly, no checks have been kept on their functioning and there is no accountability. Also i feel that therr is certain conspiracy to let private players get upper hand and in fact hand over these companies to private players later citing inefficiency

From beginning these government officials were not interested in service, these so called officers are only interested in taking bribes.

This is the main reason for downfall of these public sector companies. Raise a complaint, will take months to fix. In nut she'll there is no accountability .

That's the reason private sector is thriving in India. These guys dug their own grave.

Yes why not. I am still having a BSNL and MTNL landline.

• 2 Broadband (MTNL will be closed shortly),
