Customers are still holding onto BSNl.

I had faced 3 times issues in MTNL and it was resolved but i have to call hell lot of random numbers to reach right person.

It's really pathetic to hear, this govt run organisation is in pre independence era.

They are yet to come to terms that govt of India has opened the telecom sector to private plyers, where TAT is in hours rather months like BSNL.

BSNL is working for closure of its dept and to increase the pvt ops revenues.
