Important BSNL Withdrawn 1% Discount scheme for OL/ECS Payments w.e.f 1st April,2013

Scheme of 1% Discount for OnLine/ECS Payments stands withdrawn w.e.f 1st April,2013 .
The earlier message of admissibility of such discount may be ignored

This message is in my this months Land line bill. i have already payed by OL itself. i was getting 1% discount too.
This is a bad move by BSNL.

This may lead to decline of active revenue collection. There are so many customers who pay online bill before due date because of this 1%.

Even I try to make my payment of Reliance Energy Bill to get 1% discount.

Its very bad move . I was getting Rs 5/- .also no need to stand in Q for paying bill .

Govt companies are in huge loss because of mis management. BSNL and MTNL if were managed properly and professionally, they would have have become leader's and everyone's 1st choice.
