HELP By when TRAI reduced dth rates be implemented

Not hearing anything from any dth operator they need to abolish HD access fees and reduced prices for alcarte channels if anyone has any dates please update

Trai has fixed rate for channel max 19rs , every channel has to be given as ala carte, in bouquet no channel will have price lesser the 85% of its ala carte price . This way to keep in bouquet channel will have to be kept low price , as customer can opt for ala karte

Suppose 20 channels put there price at 19 each , in bouquet there price can be 17 each means 340 will be price if 20 channel, but no channel can afford to keep price that high to be in bouquet , ultimately price for channel will be low to be in bouquet .

In that price customer can get all desired channel in ala carte , to prevent that loss channels and dth will slide the price of pack low ,
