HELP Can i Downgrade My Pack to South Silver Pack?

Hi Friends

After the price hike of HD Globe Pack the D2h have become costlier for me because i am only interested in HD channels so Gold Super Rs. 200 + HD Globe Rs.168 made Rs.368 for only HD channels is big deal for me for only HD channels.

So i have decided to Downgrade my pack from Gold Super Rs. 200 to South Silver Pack Rs. 150 .In that case the amount hike can be adjusted by downgrading.
I have emailed several times to CC for downgrade but no response.

Big question is that Can i Downgrade from a North region {Gold Super pack } to a South Region (South Silver pack)?


Experts views needed.

Please guide me about further process.

No Mazi bro . You can't move from ROI pack to a South Pack without address change.

South Pack is available only for South Indian Customers. ROI customer can avail only ROI packs and if required South Indian addons.

So, you need to 1st show the address of South India in order to avail South Indian Packages.

another suggestion-as you only want HD channels,take a pure a-la-carte HD channels which aren't available in ADTV .
