Dolby digital audio is even present on mp3s. HD video is 1080i or p, aspect ratio.

First read my post carefully bro then say anything.I said technically Yes,because already using in US and Canada.In future it may happen if DTHs will increase their bandwidth but as of now there is no space for adding channels then how can they add DD sound??So technically yes..but practically no at present situation.

Yes otherwise I never saw any need of HD channel. Since broadcasters themselves degrade the quality of SD channels the one have to buy HD channel for crystal quality video.
