What is MCH ?

I forgot the full form of it now. But it's an agency appointed by government which act as mediator and hand holding between donor and recipient operator.

Telecom companies interact to each other through MCH in case of MNP

I already said in a thread my brother already enjoying this service from almost 5 months.

He must be on some roaming plan. Else it's not possible. Even after national MNP is launched, numbers won't become local automatically and one has to make his number local though MNP.

Nope you can go for national MNP only after its launch. Presently you may change operators within States and not outside States.
