Nope buddy. After Nodal stupid mail, i got another mail from shortsighted and money minded CEO of Tata Sky.

He is copy-pasting the same mail(shared in 1st post) to everyone who is mailing them. So, now i am planning to include TRAI and I&B ministry into this matter.

please put one point against there HD Access policy also. Because its totally wrong

Bro, I don't care if they gave me this channel or not. Let them go to hell. I am not a beggar who will be begging for the thing which I am supposed to get willingly.

What they are doing is wrong and unfriendly. Their mails and attitude towards us are symbolizing that they don't care about customers.

So, these jokers need some treatment now.

All those who want this channel mind your words. And all those who want to fight for our rights escalate it to TRAI and Information Broadcasting Ministry.

Not only HD access fee, they are looting customers in many ways. Reconnection charges, temporary suspension fee etc etc are many such illegal things which they are charging and we all are paying in negligence.

I don't require such fraud DTH yaar. They seems to be the most corrupt service provider. It's time all these things needs to be acknowledged to their corporate officials.

This move by Tatasky pretty much signals the end of Mega Pack.
Not many would renew Mega Pack or Tatasky might even remove it.
I emailed the CEO and got the channel since I recharged before Feb but what about other users who havent mailed the CEO and others who recharged after Feb?
This is a stupid move by Tatasky by moving Channels to Services and Charging Extra.
They have lost the trust of customers.

i have there hd + STB , same service from other DTH provider cost 4k+ . that the only reason i m not switch to other DTH

Upto now I was thinking like RDTV is the biggest looter among all other DTHs as per my experiences and now I feel, it is Tatasky from the words of existing users. I was planning to shift to TS from RDTV and a rethinking is much needed from the current incidents and responses to mails !!!

In this concern Videocon d2h is very good...They're not charging crappy HD access fees, provides many ways to response their customers' query. And providing all 22 HD channels on 388 rs. Gold HD pack also for those who wants to see all HD channels in less cost.

What amount they charge for temporary suspension?

What is the maximum duration of one time suspension? 1 or 2 months

Not remember exactly but they are charging Rs 20 and the time period is something around 5 days to 20 days.

Whereas in d2h it was all free.

Also, they are charging Rs 15 as late fees if you fail to recharge before due date which is against TRAI regulations.
