Ala carte is not a package it's only picking channels only you want and min. amt for choosing alacarte should be rs171

Actually, for me it worked even without the trick too.. Calling CC won't help.. Even contacting them via twitter didn't help.. But whenever I send email to D2h CC, they always downgraded my packages.. At first they may take 2 days to respond..but usually they downgrade.. Till now, I never got an email from the CC saying that they cannot downgrade twice in a month. but whenever I call them..those people always says that..

deduction takes place on a daily basis bro.
e.g. - if u have 275 wala package from 1 - 15 then u will be charged for 15 days only on a daily basis.
and after that if u upgrade or downgrade ur package then it will be charged accordingly.
means u pay for what u use.
