As you guys are aware that i have been using both TS HD+ & TS +. For the last 2 weeks i was facing a problem with respect to TS+ as the pictures were either getting frezzed or signal getting lost frequently. Raised a complain regrding the same last week as usual the technician came to the house with in an hour..he with out any hesitation changed the LNB and they charged me Rs. 150...the problems still persisted...yesterday i called the CC and the technician came with an hour...he told me that either the problem is with the box or it could be because of the dish as its an eight year old dish...after 1.5 hrs another technician came and replaced my TS+ with Humax and this time every thing was perfect and he advised to change the as its very old. Altogether the technician told me that i will be charged Rs. 500 (Dish change Rs. 150 and TS+ STB change Rs. 350). Mean while i spoke to my known person in Bangalore CC office and told them last week a technician came to my house & changed LNB but told them that the same problem was persisting. The Bangalore CC people acknowledged my concern and immediately they reversed my money for replacing LNB....
