That means you must not be getting these 2 NDTV channels too

Seems like you're not getting TP of 11480 and it's entire channel from the STB.

Stop doing all now call Customer Care because you lost signal of 11480 TP which consist these channels plus WION + DD Sports, DD Kisan etc..
