HELP Channel Information

I don't understand tht why Airtel Dth isn't adding &Pictures Channe. Tata Sky has added this Channel ysterday. Infact, now every Dth have added it. Whats the problem? Airtel is really lacking behind in English and Hindi Channels addition. Whats going on? Plz! Can someone tell me about this? I am eagerly waiting for &Pictures Channel.

New movie channels are waste... same movie they play on every channel again and again.. just a business trick to get monthly subscription fees..
