HELP Channels Added by Dealer (How to Remove)

That's so sad happening to you. Are they trying to extract more money from tyou knowing that yor are outside India and won't be able to do anything as a consumer.
I suggest you to keep the least balance in your account or else you will end up loosing all your balance because of this fruad activity.
If a la carte channels are not getting removed from d2h Infinity app, simply upgrade your pack in which all such channels are available and after 1-2 days, when these a la carte channels will be removed, you can email them to downgrade.
But keep in mind that you will be able to downgrade package only once in a month.

CC would give subscriber id if you inform them rtn and whatever the registered name.
Finally after all the adjustment with the help of "arman" Bro, everything is sorted out.. Thnx a lot Bro... U really really helped me a lot.... Thanks again... Now I've changed my RTN,E-mail Address with Password,,, Hope nothing happen anything like these anymore or with anyone... Thread should be closed now...
