I am sure nothing will be removed. As I told earlier, it seems agreement renewal is pending. Hence they would have put this list just in case something went wrong and agreement doesn't happen to keep them safe side to avoid legal issue.

These dates always keep on extending. I am following Videocon website since years and have seen these type of disclaimer but the date is postponed all the time.
