TS officials Might unaware of this . Else i think they will not do like this. CC People can activate any packs,channels.
Better some one send mail to CEO regarding this cheating .

only fault is that cc says you can deactivate at any time thats why manjunath bro agree to activate but

even if its our mistake then they also help to us. Ts is most friendly dth. They want satisfaction of customer. On many occasion i have great experience of their good services. Like credit[also not debit after recharge] , channel or pack deactivation within lock period. Only your way of convenience should be correct format.
