Many Bengaluru celebrities — be it industrialists, socialites, actors or sportspersons — have all come together to ensure there are enough trucks to reach the flood-stricken. Actress-turned-politician Ramya saw through a truck filled with food, water and other essential commodities from her residence on Saturday. Actor Vinayak Joshi was also part of a group that ensured supplies reach Chennai and he even travelled with the group to ensure he helped out the people in need in Chennai. Ace cueist Pankaj Advani also showed his support by helping those in need and shared contacts of people who are sending out supplies to ensure others could help too. Other celebrities from Sandalwood who have showed their support to the needy in different forms include Sumalatha Ambareesh, Samyukta Hornad, Kriti Kharbanda and Kishore, among others.
