Update Colour infinity hd, fx hd, nick hd+ now removed hd plus pack

Now Z Cafe HD also removed. I have south Magnum HD pack but ZCafe HD showing unsubscribed since today morning.

So it means all the 3 newly added HD channels have been removed now.
Don't have a clue what Airtel is doing!
One day we're happy coz they're adding new HD channels.
And another day we're disappointed coz they're removing HD channels from packages.
