That we need to be more clarified. We need to find out the exact pattern hoe licensing works.

M Tunes HD and M tunes SD are separate channels bro.Both are having license from MIB but M tunes HD does't have HD logo.

Everything is clarified Bro. contents are in HD and in 16:9 AR so channel will be airs it as it is only but because of carriage fee issues and limitation of space they downgrading the feed.

In foreign countries and if you see international channels they only have 1 feed, difference is PQ as per bandwidth offers. Putting a separate HD suffix means separate then SD and though contents are same but atleast promo will be different which is not the case with these channels.
