Tata sky officials also confused ( who are ts employee but not much related with technical things) so its very difficult to say exactly whats going to happen in TS.

I had received a message by Tata Sky about the signal issue. It seems like they are upgrading. At least now there is warning. I
wasn’t sure of the sms solution given by tata sky so I also tried the missed call approach – you have to give a missed call to 08899888998 and the complaint gets registered.
