Bro my Kaonmedia HD STB too has not received the software update, also still many SD STB's have not been updated. It will still take few weeks for all STB's to be updated

But why are they not using the dynamic updates

My Technicolor HD box box got updated with S/W 10a couple of days ago, after update channels went blank, per discussion with Sanjeev, Technoglitch, Devesh & Deepu bro i reset my STB to get all my channels back. Between i raised complaint for No Signal, i am yet to see the technicians for dish re-alignment. Also i got 3 days credit (free viewing)

I think thats because you may be old loyal user of TS.....Its imp for TS to retain such users.....That may not be case with a discounted user. So such users are likely to suffer more...
TS is known to actively profile users.....
