Signals of most of the channels are back but still missing for lots of channels. I guess I am not getting signal from transponder on which Rishtey and Epic are present.
It has been 4 hours engineers said they are going on building roof and they didn't returned back. So, either they are still working or gone.

did you try to call them or went to the roof to check? they might have gone for a break

They didn't shared any number. Since others also have complained so i guess they Co firmed it from someone users and went away. Need to file another complaint now.
So, still you are not getting some channels?
IM brother...story of struggle against "Commitment upgrade ki" suprizing that in initial phase you did not face any issue and now you are facing...which means they are still changing some parameters...

Yes. Still signal is not there in lots of channel. So, i am waiting for them to close the complaint or reply to my email so that i could call them again.
