Airtel got this schemes (0+2+5+7+9+12+...) more than a year ,now (3 months back) that zero eliminated thats all.

I also remember this was available since a long time.

These packages are available from about 2 or more years. But were not compulsory. They were for new customers. But now I don't know if they are made compulsory or not. I think the number of hd channels, packages and their prices are increased.
