What kind of alert is this? Why they are changing the VC card

I think few VC r not compatible for Double Encryption. so they r taking this steps.

As per CC the VC card doesnot support the change in encryption system and the box would keep on freezing so that has to be changed mandatorily

Just now had a chat with CC,they told that they are going to replace the VC for connections in 2004-2005 and their team will be calling all customers whose VC need a replacement.

The older VC and SW was launched for Conax Encryptions. at that time Seca was not introdused for Dish TV and now they added 1 more CAS .
