I think dish TV will ask users to get New VC from nearest Dealers . I think Dealers can pair from their shop itself. They may pair certain VC to certain old VC numbers bfore sending to Shops, dealers .

But why would customer take this pain specially in a cities like Delhi and Mumbai. And also many of the customers have never visited any dealer. So, it will again be a challenge for them to search any such and get it replaced.

In Metros or in cities they might change in their houses surely. BTW Dish TV have a good advantage of having its local service men even in Rural areas.Actually no one complains about their service and they themsef goes to the nearest shops. Its totally changed atmosphere in rural areas.

Yes Sir, In rural areas everyone gets it via dealers only . So rural market can be easily handled by Dealers.

For metros they may use their service engineer to close selected number of cases on daily basis.

Even in local Shops a single pair of installers doing installations for All DTH except Tatasky and D2H , This bcoz they r sending Engineers with Dish and other equipments.

may be but we r having almost all shops filled with all DTH . almost every one can provide any DTH connections within a day itself. Specially RDTV connection takes bit time as less popular.like Dish TV,Sun Direct and Airtel we will get as soon as we contact them or even call them about our DTH. HD connections may take time.

Then they would have to pay extra to all dealer for this replacement activity. I don't think they will do anything in charity
