Those who go there to enjoy without condom are already suffering from HIV. So, they don't care if the sex worker remains healthy or get infected. Its on the onus of Sex workers to keep themselves away from this disease.

Sex workers are also humans and are pushed into this by force. Due to many factors and there are high paid escort services who are there for time pass. At least the customers can take the condom when they go there.
