Mohammad Hafeez, Pakistan all-rounder, was suspended from bowling with immediate effect after an independent body found his action to be illegal, on Thursday (November 16). The independent body found that most of the offspinner's deliveries exceeded the 15-degree limit, allowed as per Article 11.1 of the ICC Illegal Bowling Regulations.
